BudapestPRO.com, where you should start (and end) every day!

  1. Introduction
Welcome to BudapestPRO.com!
The aim of this site is to provide comprehensive services for those relocating to Budapest and/or to Expats already living here.

BudapestPRO.com focuses on three main areas:

  • PRO as in Property: Our first module. Whether you are a Buyer or Seller, whether it’s concerning apartments, houses, or commercial spaces, you are FREE to Advertise here! And properties sold with our assistance carry a minimal, 0,5 % commission, the lowest on the market!
  • PRO as in Professionals: Under development is the PROfessionals module. Find a professional NOT ONLY in the real estate business, but in any other fields of services, mainly aimed at Expats moving to Budapest, or already living here. 
  • PRO as in Programs: Our third module will be the Budapest PROgrams Guide. Budapest is a vibrant and exciting city with hundreds of cultural programs, sports events, leisure activities, restaurants, cafés, clubs and night life, or just hanging out, every day.

2. Registration

Registration is required to use the site. You can choose from three types of registration:

  • Client: If you are a Buyer, looking for properties to buy AND/OR a buyer of any other types services on the site.
  • Partner/Private Person: If you are a Seller wanting to advertise PROperties For Sale, AND/OR have a PROproperty to renovate, AND/OR you offer PROfessional Services of yours, AND you are a Private Person.
  • Partner/Company: If you are a Seller wanting to advertise PROperties For Sale, AND/OR have a property to renovate, AND/OR you offer PROfessional Services of yours, AND you are a  Company.
  • Registration steps:
1. Visit the BudapestPRO.com homepage.
2. Click the “Sign In” button.
3. Fill out the form with the appropriate information based on the selected registration type.
4. Click the “Register” button.

3. Account Verification via Email

After registration, you will receive a verification email. Follow these steps:
1. Open your email account that you provided during registration.
2. Find the email from BudapestPRO.com.
3. Click the verification link in the email.
4. After successful verification, your account will be activated, and you will have access to all the site’s features.

4. Using Your Admin Interface

Your Admin Interface allows you to upload and list your properties or for sale, or any other services in your offering. It's also here where you set up your profile, and perform other administrative tasks.
4.a Editing Your Profile
To edit your profile:
1. Log in to your account.
2. On the homepage, click the “Profile” menu in the dropdown under your name (top right corner).
3. Modify the necessary details such as name, contact information, and other details.
4. Don’t forget to save the changes.
4.b Uploading Property Listings (Partners Only)
If you registered as a partner, you can upload property listings:
1. Log in to your admin account.
2. On the homepage, click the “My Account” menu in the dropdown under your name (top right corner).
3. Select the “Properties” menu.
4. Click the “New Property” button.
5. Fill out the property information, such as:
• Property type (apartment, house, etc.)
• Location
• Price
• Main image of the property
• Key features (number of rooms, area, etc.)
6. Save the details. In the next step, you can upload additional images of the property under the data editing section.
7. Review the details and click the “Save” button.
8. While you are free to advertise on our pages as long as you like, in case of interest from a Third Party (Potencial Buyer of Your Property/Service), AND previously authenticated by BudapestPRO.com, it can only be forwarded to you after you have signed certain and also authenticated documents, making our business cooperation official and legal. For your own security, too, BudapestPRO.com will assist you in these steps!

4.b Uploading Any Other Service You Offer (Partners Only)

This module is currently under development and will turn live soon!
Notes:

Please note, that your advertising should not include any details via which your person/property/ can be identified/located! Consequently, you should not provide your name, phone/mobile number, e-mail address, the precise location of your property! Exterior pictures can only show the street of the property, but not the concrete building! These measures are needed to insure our interests as a service provider. Thank you for your understanding!
Please also note, that after successfully uploading the listing, the property/service will not appear on the site immediately. Each modification requires approval by the Admin of the portal!
